  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Action Upon Notice

Upon receiving a proper copyright infringement notification, Power of Attorney Templates will take all necessary actions to remove or disable access to the infringing material. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation to ensure fairness and legal compliance. Once the infringing content is removed, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the individual or entity who submitted the content, informing them of the takedown and providing information on how to submit a counter notification, if applicable.

Counter Notification

If you have received notice that your content has been taken down and believe that this takedown was in error or that you have the proper rights to use the material, you have the right to submit a counter notification. This counter notification must be in writing and sent to our designated copyright agent at the email address provided above. It should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
